The Salt Lake City Police Department’s website is back up and running after it was taken down by the collective of hackers known as “Anonymous” earlier this year.

Police say the new slcpd.com has improved security and a better user experience.

The new site allows users to find a local police officer, file a police report, view press releases and submit crime tips.

Hackers from Anonymous accessed the site in January, accessing contact information for job applications and details into drug operations with names, addresses, license plate numbers and supplier names.
