Top driving gripes from Consumer Reports

Consumer Reports has complied a list of the top driving gripes.

Rik Paul, auto editor of Consumer Reports, joins Good Day Utah to discuss the list.  He said his team came up with 20 common driving gripes and surveyed 900 people.

The top annoyance is people who text and drive.  A close second, said Paul, was able-bodied people who park in handicap spaces.  Of those surveyed, two-thirds rated these items as a full ten on the scale.
