The owner of a Roy home where a body was found on Thursday has been arrested.

31-year-old Sarah Munn is in the Weber County Jail charged with obstruction of justice.

A body was uncovered in Munn’s yard, located near 3800 West and 4550 South in Roy, Thursday afternoon. Officers had been digging in the yard since Monday looking for the remains of Victor Flores who has been missing since last spring.

The home used to belong to Daniel Rivera, one of the last people to see Flores alive. Rivera is now in prison on unrelated charges.

An autopsy on the remains has been scheduled for Saturday.
