We needed the rain, but it's nice to get a break from it for a little while!
High pressure building over the area will keep it warm and dry for a couple days. This afternoon, temperatures will climb about 10 to 15 degrees higher than yesterday. It'll be in the 70s in the Northern & Central Valleys, and in the 80s across much of the south.
Cooler weather is expected this weekend with more rain and snow likely on Sunday and Monday.
