Near record warmth, but it'll feel like fall by Sunday

and last updated

It'll be another hazy day, but smoke won't be as thick as over the last couple days. High pressure will keep it warm and dry through the rest of the week. A strong cold front crossing Utah Saturday night and Sunday will bring some big changes! Valley rain and mountain snow are likely across the north on Sunday with temperatures dropping 20-25 degrees lower than Saturday afternoon. Most of the precipitation should stay over Northern Utah. It'll dry out by Columbus Day and then warm up again next week.
