SALT LAKE CITY — Temps in the 100s are forecast to return over the holiday weekend and continue through next week.
High pressure building over Utah will dry things out, while any thunderstorms will mainly be over the mountains and then drift out over eastern valleys, much less likely than the last few days.
Flash flood potential is confined to the Capitol Reef area and San Rafael Swell, also less likely than yesterday.
