Rain & snow will continue across Northern Utah into this afternoon, with accumulations mainly above the valley floors. Winter driving conditions will be possible over the mountains passes as well as SW Wyoming, where blowing & drifting snow is possible. It will warm up and dry out heading into the weekend.
