The National Weather Service has issued a pair of Flash Flood Warnings for southern Kane County and west-central Wayne County.
The warning for Kane County will be in effect until 4:30 p.m. Monday, and the warning for Wayne County will be in effect until 5 p.m. Monday.
According to NWS, the flash flooding is life-threatening in areas of creeks, streams and normally-dry washes.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include rural areas of Kane County and Capitol Reef National Park, Torrey, Fruita in Wayne County, NWS' warnings said.
