RICHMOND, Utah — Crews with the Evanston Ranger District have surveyed the snow pack in the higher elevations of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest.
They tweeted out information and photos from the area Tuesday.
The tweet says there's about 3 inches of snow at 8,000 feet and nearly a foot at 9,500 feet at the Sulphur Campground.
The Mirror Lake Highway has melted and frozen again so it is slick.
The North Slope is similar until Carter Creek then there is a foot of snow.
