When you're visiting Moab, you can't leave town without stopping at Milt's Stop & Eat.
Locals know it's a landmark that has been around for 68 years.
Owner BC Laprade told Budah that he is the fourth owner of the restaurant, but it's been the same the whole time... a local award-winning restaurant that uses local products. They even grind their meat in house!
Manager Nikole Emmons says you can't go wrong with their hamburgers and cheeseburgers. They offer gourmet toppings if you want. Pair it with a side like fries with green chilies and chipotle sauce (made in house of course).
Wash your meal down with a milkshake. Milt's offers a big selection of flavors. And then for dessert... try the churro sundae.
Milt and Audrey opened the restaurant in 1954, and it's been open and running ever since. It sits in the spot where they used to live at 356 Millcreek Drive in Moab.
