Tour a dairy farm and even learn how to make mozzarella cheese

At this time of year, farms are popular places for their pumpkin patches and hay rides.

And Heber Valley Artisan Cheese is open for the season! You can enjoy a kids corn maze, pick your own pumpkin and more!

But, Heber Valley Artisan Cheese isn't only open in the fall, they're open all year long offering farm tours, classes and more. In fact, you can even take a class to learn how to make mozzarella cheese, ice cream and gelato.

Thanks to our friends at InUtah.org, Budah got to tour the farm and learn all the high-tech ways the cows are taken care of. That includes cows getting back scratches with a machine any time they want! All they have to do is bump it and voila! And, they always have food thanks to a "Roomba" like device that pushes it right up to them. The cows even decide for themselves when they want to get milked.

Heber Valley Cheese believes the happier and more comfortable the cows are, the more milk they'll produce.
