We are lucky to live in a state that has so many options for Winter Staycations!

These destinations are #InUtah and they're open!

Anna Loughridge with the Utah Office of Tourism joined us with some ideas for getaways to put on your bucket list for winter.

She says winter in Southern Utah is also known as "Peak Solitude Season". You can visit Bryce Canyon National Park and beyond and even cross-country ski through the hoodoos!

Anna says winter stargazing is Utah's best kept local secret. How about visiting Kanab, Utah for Stars & S'More's!

Farther north, Anna recommends visiting Willard Bay State Park for the Holiday Lights. And as always in the Ogden area there's Snowbasin and Nordic Valley.

Don't forget, Utah has 15 Ski Resorts all across the state.

Or you could have a Private Creekside Yurt Dinner at Wasatch Mountain State Park.

You can learn how they're keeping visitors safe, and play your next staycation at visitutah.com.
