Most all of us know of someone who could be considered a Hometown Hero and here is a chance to help us recognize them!
We've invited our viewers to nominate a deserving person as a Hometown Hero, which gives them a chance to win a $500 Visa gift card courtesy of Mattress Warehouse.
Our first recipient was featured on The PLACE. Levi Farr was nominated by a friend who wrote: "Levi is ex-army, he served in Afghanistan and came home to be a single father of three boys and has sole custody. Life is hard and this man works so hard to keep afloat with three young boys and the rising cost of everything. He just needs a miracle to happen to be able to provide a decent Christmas for his boys!"
If you know a Hometown Hero, Just submit a nomination by describing why the Hero should be chosen.
Information can include how that person is: 1) an inspiring example to others by helping make Utah a better place to live, 2) going above & beyond to aid a friend, family member, stranger or community and/or 3) love of profession and desire, determination and diligence to go the extra mile. The entry must be in English and no more than 500 words. All information provided must be truthful, accurate & complete.
