Here's a recipe that's so tasty, simple and satisfying from Caytlin McCleery with Cayt's Meats and Meals.
Cayt says she loves taking simple things and giving them that "extra"... and she adds, "The added smokiness makes them naughty though, because you'll eat too many!"
Smoked Cheez-Its
Mix one stick of melted butter
1 packet of ranch dip mix
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire
Cholula sauce to your liking
Stir all wet ingredients together and drizzle it over two boxes (20-22 ounces) of the Cheez-Its. Toss to make sure all are coated.
Put it in the smoker at 200°for about an hour and a half to 2 hours.
Then I cranked it up to 300° for about 20 minutes to get some extra browning.
