Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches are a favorite menu item at a fast food restaurant that also serves curly fries.

But Chef Jeff from Smith's has a recipe you can make at home -- and they're better than ever when you cook them in a pressure cooker.

Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches

Ingredients
For the Beef:
2 packs Kroger thin sliced raw beef
1 c. beef broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

For the Cheese:
8 oz. American cheese, sliced or shredded
4 oz. cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
4-6 burger buns, toasted

For the Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. mayo
3 Tbsp. water

Directions
1. Start the beef by placing the beef, broth and beef seasonings in the pot of a digital pressure cooker. Put on the lid and set on high pressure for 5 minutes cook time. Once the cook time is over let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.
2. While the meat cooks start the cheese sauce by placing all of its ingredients in a pot over med-low heat. Slowly cook stirring often until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Do not allow it to boil. Low heat cooking and patience is best for cheese sauces. Keep on low heat until ready to use.
3. Make the sandwich sauce by whisking all of its ingredients together in a bowl until well incorporated.
4. Toast the buns and place some of the sauce on the bottom portion of the bun. Next add some beef and top it off with some of the cheese sauce. Enjoy with some curly fries.
