Smith's Chef Jeff Jackson joined us with a recipe for your pressure cooker -- Honey Pineapple Spiral Ham.

Ingredients
4-5 lb. spiral ham, preferred boneless, but bone-in will work
1 ½ chicken broth
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can crushed pineapple
Juice and zest of 1 orange

Directions
1. Add the chicken broth to the pressure cooker. Place the trivet (steamer basket usually comes with the pressure cooker) inside the pot.
2. Create a boat with aluminum foil and place the ham inside. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, soy and pineapple. Brush the glaze in between the ham slices. Place the ham in the foil inside the pressure cooker.
3. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Once the time is up, let it naturally release for 10 minutes.
Remove the ham and pour the juices over the ham. Serve and enjoy!
