You can celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Utah's newest Mexican restaurant, El Cholo.
The restaurant in in the heart of Sugar House recently opened, and it's the first location outside of Southern California.
El Cholo was the first Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles and they are celebrating their 100th year in 2024.
