"We're looking for individuals who want to come to work, attendance is very important, individuals that are quality-minded, safety-minded as well as team-oriented. Above all, we're looking for individuals that are looking for a long-term career, looking for opportunities continually to improve their positions and work environment around them," said vice president and general manager Harold Rosemann. "If everything goes well, we should be able to make a job offer on the spot."
