Every business in Utah seems to have been affected in some way by COVID-19.
Some owners received much-needed funds from the CARES Act, while others did not. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the myriad of situations business owners are grappling with these days.
But there is help available for business owners.
The Larry H. Miller Business Center at Salt Lake Community College is focusing all of its business leaders’ resources toward free, one-on-one 30-minute meetings.
Leading the effort is Jon Beutler who is advising business owners to focus on three things:
1. Securing money to keep the business alive
2. Creating a New-Normal Plan
3. Handling uncertainties
How each business owner plans to move ahead should be customized by their own objectives.
