The University of Utah campus is unusually quiet these days, as most students never returned from Spring Break.
But come fall semester, over thirty thousand new and returning students are expected on campus.
Of those, roughly four thousand students will live in student housing.
The University has been updating its policies and procedures to keep the campus safe.
