Usually, the Consumer Electronics Show is a huge convention in Las Vegas, Nevada but in 2021 it's all virtual because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now working from home seems to be the new normal for a lot of us and that's prompting Samsung to focus on offering home improvements with the help of technology.
One of those proposed improvements is the JetBot 90 AI Plus smart vacuum.
Samsung says it uses a LiDAR Scanner to recognize and group objects.
This means it will avoid fragile things like vases, but it will clean close to things like toys.
The JetBot will also avoid cables and other objects that it could get stuck on.
A built-in camera will let you check in on your pets too, or even the baby sitter, straight from your smartphone.
Another robot trying to make its way into your home is Samsung Bot Care.
The tech company says this robot will be able to act as both an assistant and a companion.
It's supposed to learn your schedule and habits as well as send you reminders to help guide you throughout your day.
Also in development is the Samsung Bot Handy.
This uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to recognize and pick up objects of different shapes, sizes, and weights.
Samsung says Handy will be able to tell the difference between objects, using the right amount of force to grab and move things around.
Unfortunately, Samsung Bot Care and Samsung Bot Handy will not be on sale anytime soon, but JetBot is set to come out later on in 2021.
Samsung is expected to announce a new smartphone on Thursday, January 14th.
No details have been given out ahead of the announcement besides a tweet telling people to expect something.
