CEDAR CITY, Utah — The top three candidates in the race to represent Utah's Second Congressional District particpated in a debate at Southern Utah University on Friday.
Incumbent Republican Congressman Chris Stewart faced his challengers, Democratic candidate Nick Mitchell and Constitution Party candidate Cassie Easley, in the debate put on by the nonpartisan Utah Debate Commission.
