SUBLETTE COUNTY, Utah — Video recently released shows crews rescuing a man and his two dogs from a partially-submerged truck in the icy Green River.
The Sublette County Sheriff's Office, along with Tip Top Search and Rescue crews, responded after being called to the scene on Dec. 27. Upon arriving, the man was still in his truck as it sat in freezing waters in zero-degree temperatures.
