LOGAN, Utah — A Utah State football player suffered what is being called a 'medical emergency' during spring practice on campus Thursday afternoon.
The identity of the player was not made available, but the school said he was transported to the hospital after being attended to by the team's medical staff.
While the player was receiving care, teammates knelt in silence, with some seen bowing their heads as the team paused its drills.
