SALT LAKE CITY — A Utah Silver Alert was canceled Thursday afternoon for a 73-year-old man who lives in South Salt Lake.

The silver alert was initially activated on Wednesday evening for Kenneth Hayden Brockwell.

He was last seen in South Salt Lake.

He is a Caucasian man, is 5' 7" tall, weights 155 pounds and has gray hair and blue eyes. It is unknown the type of clothing he was last seen in.

Although he is able to move around on his own, he uses a black and red motorized wheelchair due to an injury from an accident that happened about a year ago.

The last time anyone had heard from Brockwell was when he spoke to his employee on November 10.

He advised his employee that he was in the hospital, although he wouldn't say which one or why he was there.

According to the employee, he called to make sure she would continue to show up for work because he said he wouldn't be there for a while.

Brockwell was supposed to move out of his apartment on November 15, when his apartment was checked, his belongings were still inside but the keys were no where to be found.

The Silver Alert was cancelled but no updates on Brockwell's conditions were given.
