SALT LAKE CITY — A Utah Silver Alert was canceled Thursday evening after a 73-year-old man out of West Haven was found.
Roy Walter was last seen just before 4 p.m. on Thursday when he walked away from his wife at a hair salon near 3965 S Washington Blvd.
Officials were concerned because he has Alzheimer's and takes medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol.
Walter is 5' 9" tall, weighs 170 pounds and blue eyes, gray hair and a white beard.
He was last seen in a maroon and black Harley Davidson jacket, jeans and a black baseball cap.
He was found shortly after the Utah Silver Alert was issued.
