WASHINGTON, DC — Members of the Utah National Guard helped clean up debris from protests around the White House.

According to a Facebook post Wednesday morning, the troops woke up early to help clear debris and graffiti in the nation's capital.

The historic St. John's Episcopal Church can be seen in some of the photos. That's where President Trump walked Monday and posed with a bible.

Members of the Utah National Guard were activated to Washington D.C. to augment civil authorities.
