KEARNS, Utah — The Unified Police Department is working with several other law enforcement agencies on a kidnapping investigation, and they're asking for the public's help.

Police said their investigation led them to a second home, where they discovered evidence Solorio-Romero was shot and seriously injured.

The suspect is a male who was wearing a white sweatshirt at the time of the abduction. The driver of the vehicle is unknown.

Police said they're seeking information on any suspects and on two vehicles that may be connected to the case: a green 4-door Toyota Camry from around 2010 and a white pick-up truck with a red or orange plow on the front, pulling a flatbed trailer containing landscape equipment and trash.

FBI agents, Homeland Security investigators, US Marshals and Wyoming law enforcement officials are assisting UPD in the investigation. Anyone with information that may help UPD solve the kidnapping case is urged to call 801-743-7000.
