WASATCH COUNTY, Utah — A Wasatch County Search and Rescue team spent a frigid night to save two overdue snowmobilers.
Temperatures reached twelve degrees below zero as crews searched for the male and female snowmobilers who are in their 70s. A helicopter was used during the search and the couple was located near the Strawberry Reservoir in the Squaw Creek area.
A Facebook post from the department thanked the Utah Department of Public Safety for an assist on getting two people out quickly on a very cold night.
