Four people were injured, including the driver of one vehicle who is currently in critical condition. The truck driver was also transported to the hospital.
The truck also struck a utility power pole which knocked out power in the neighborhood for a short period of time.
Failing brakes on the truck is allegedly the cause of the accident.
