CEDAR CITY, Utah — A 14-year-old was transported to the hospital after being struck by a pickup truck on Main Street in Cedar City Friday evening.
The teen was struck near 600 South on Main Street and was later transported to the hospital with a broken leg, head and rib injuries.
The circumstances behind the crash are not confirmed at this time.
