PARK CITY, Utah — ***UPDATE: Richard Hoffman has been found and is safe as of Wednesday evening.***
A silver alert was activated Wednesday afternoon for 79-year-old Richard Hoffman from Park City, Utah.
Hoffman is 5' 7", weighs about 170 pounds and has white hair and blue eyes.
He may be wearing multiple polo shirts under a blue puffer jacket, khaki pants and a black hat.
Hoffman was last seen at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at 2025 Canyons Resort Dr. He went out for a walk in the neighborhood and has not been seen since.
He does not have a phone or a car and suffers from dementia.
