WASATCH COUNTY, Utah — A semi-tractor-trailer truck hauling a load of oranges crashed on SR-189 in Wasatch County Sunday night.
According to the Wasatch County Fire Department, the truck rolled on its side around mile marker 21.5.
The driver and his passenger were able to get out of the truck through the driver’s side door. The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Utah Valley Hospital in Provo.
Diesel fuel was spilling from the truck’s saddle tanks. Crews stopped the leak and closed all lanes of travel for a while as crews contained and absorbed the fuel.
