Salt Lake City Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing and endangered teenager.
16-year-old Andrew Chandler was last seen walking East from 1110 W. 400 N. at around 8:15 P.M. Wednesday night.
Chandler was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black shorts.
SLCPD also says the teenager functions at the capacity of a 9-year-old.
