WASHINGTON — Utah Sen. Mitt Romney says he has already voted in the upcoming election, but the Republican added that he did not vote for President Trump.
CNN reporter Manu Raju tweeted out a conversation he had with Romney Wednesday.
Romney told Raju he had voted, but would not say whether he had voted for Joe Biden or a write-in candidate.
“I did not vote for President Trump,” he said
Romney has spent the last two weekscriticizing Trump and other politicians for the hate and vitriol currently displayed during campaign season. The senator also came down on Trump for refusing to condemn the conspiracy group QAnon during last week's town hall.
