SALT LAKE CITY — This weekend, the Best Friends Animal Society in Utah is waiving adoption fees for cats as part of a promotion in the midst of the "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" craze.
The shelter arranges adoptions of pets through online surveys which then connect the potential adopter to an adoption specialist. Any survey completed through the end of the night on Sunday, with the adult (six months or older) cat mentioned by name, will have the usual $25 fee waived.
All of the Society's pets come spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
