PRICE, Utah — The Price City Police Department is investigating after a bomb threat was phoned into a local Dollar Tree store Thursday night.

An employee at the Dollar Tree location in the Creek View Plaza said an anonymous caller claimed a bomb had been placed inside 20 minute earlier.

Police arrived and evacuated the store and all businesses nearby.

After police found no suspicious packages, the Utah County Bomb Squad deployed their K-9 and no credible threats were located.

The Dollar Tree and surrounding businesses were cleared and allowed to reopen.

Police are currently investigating the origin of the bomb threat call.
