SOUTH SALT LAKE — Police are looking for the suspect in a hit-and-run accident that left one pedestrian dead Friday night in South Salt Lake.
According to SSLPD, the crash happened around 9 p.m. near Main Street and Gregson Avenue (About 3000 South).
Details were limited, but police say an older black Dodge Durango left the scene.
The victim was not identified as their family has not yet been notified.
Police advised the public to avoid the area as investigators reconstruct the scene of the accident.
