LOGAN, Utah — A woman was killed in an early morning structure fire in Logan on Saturday.
The victim was found deceased inside the structure on Meadowbrook Drive (at approximately 900 West and 900 South) after crews were able to put out the fire.
She was later identified as 40-year-old Terilynn Roskelley.
Officials said the fire was contained to one room of the residential structure. A few days afterward, the fire department said the fire was accidental, and caused by "combustible materials" that were in contact with a wall-mounted natural gas heater.
The American Red Cross of Utah is assisting those who were displaced. Nobody else, including firefighters, was injured.
