LOGAN, Utah — One person was killed in an early morning structure fire in Logan on Saturday.
An adult woman was found inside the structure on Meadowbrook Drive (at approximately 900 West and 900 South) after crews were able to put out the fire.
The woman's identity has not been released so that police can notify the next of kin. Officials said the fire was contained to one room of the residential structure.
The cause and origin of the fire have yet to be determined.
The American Red Cross of Utah is assisting those who were displaced. Nobody else, including firefighters, was injured.
