US Forest Service officials announced Tuesday that a wildfire that burned about 80 acres east of Olympus Cove is now completely contained.
The lightning-caused "Neffs Fire," which started on September 22 near the Neffs Canyon trailhead, is 100 percent contained and the area is once again open for recreation.
USFS urges hikers to be aware of loose soil and rocks in the Neffs Canyon area.
