UPDATE: TOOELE POLICE CONFIRM MIA HAS BEEN FOUND
--------------------------------------------------
TOOELE, Utah — Police have released surveillance photos of a missing Tooele teen with a pair of adults who they hope to identify.
Mia Elektra Richards, 14, was last seen Tuesday afternoon when she told family she was going to meet up with friends. She hasn't been heard from since. Authorities say she requires medication that she did not take with her, and she also took no additional clothes or belongings.
On Saturday, police released images taken on security cameras Tuesday at the Maverik gas station/convenience store in Tooele.
Police say the footage shows Richards with an unidentified man and woman (white shirt) seen here:
The three of them left in a dark-colored Ford Expedition, year 2006-2010, pictured here:
The vehicle has damage to the passenger-side running board and is missing paint on the rear driver’s side door.
Richards is 5'2" with hazel eyes and hair that is faded pink, blue, and black.
Anyone who recognizes the man, woman or vehicle is asked to call Tooele City Police at 435-882-5600 and dial option 1. Anyone else who has seen Richards since Tuesday is also urged to call.
