PROVO, Utah — A man who refused to wear a mask inside a Provo Smith's was arrested Monday.
Police say Elijay Brandt Webb was at the bank counter inside the Smith's store without a mask. When the manager told him he was required to wear a mask, Webb began arguing about store policy.

Webb then began talking to other customers asking why they were wearing masks.
With Webb causing a scene, according to the police report, the manager asked him a total of five times to leave the store. Officers were called when Webb refused to leave and continued to argue with customers.

Webb was charged with commercial obstruction and criminal trespass.
