REXBURG, Idaho — Lori Vallow Daybell appeared at a pre-trial conference Friday regarding three misdemeanor counts in Madison County, Idaho.
She and husband Chad Daybell also face two felony charges of conspiracy to destroy, alter or conceal evidence in the disappearance of Lori's children, Joshua "JJ" Vallow and Tylee Ryan.
Their bodies were found buried in Chad Daybell's yard in June.
The misdemeanor charges are for resisting or obstructing officers, criminal solicitation to commit a crime and contempt of court.
Her attorney asked the judge to reduce the $1 million bond on those charges.
The judge, citing that all of the charges against her in Madison County are misdemeanors, reduced Vallow Daybell's bond to $50,000 for each count for a total of $150,000.
If she does post bond, the judge ordered her to have no contact with her alleged co-conspirators.
Vallow Daybell won’t be leaving jail anytime soon though. She still has a $1 million dollar bond for the two felony charges in Fremont County.
A jury trial was set for Vallow Daybell for January 25-29 in Madison County, Idaho.
