BELLEVUE, Idaho — A city marshal in Idaho was arrested Tuesday on felony delivery of marijuana charges.
Idaho State Police were tipped off to the actions of William R. Scraggs, 36, the Marshal for the City of Bellevue.
An investigation with the Blaine County Sheriff's Office and the Blaine County Prosecuting Attorney found that Scaggs had delivered marijuana while on duty as Marshal.
Scaggs was taken into custody and booked into the Blaine County Jail.
