SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources posted an article on their blog by Ja Eggett, the Supervisor of the Lee Kay Public Shooting Range Facilities and Grounds encouraging residents to catch and eat bullfrogs.
The blog post, which is really worth reading, describes why the state encourages what is likely considered an unusual activity by many in Utah.
In other parts of the country, most notably the South, frog legs are a relatively common food.
