UTAH COUNTY, Utah — Helicopter crews with the Utah Department of Public Safety and search and rescue crews with the Utah County Sheriff's Office worked together to rescue three hikers who became stranded on Mt. Timpanogos late Monday night.
A Utah County Sheriff's Office spokesman told FOX 13 the hikers were not injured, but they were cold and didn't feel safe hiking down.
An Intermountain LifeFlight crew also responded to assist with the rescue.
Rescue crews worked from the Grove Creek trailhead above Pleasant Grove.
