Harrisville Police looking for Jetta driver in pedestrian hit-and-run

HARRISVILLE, Utah — Harrisville Police hope someone can help them identify the driver of a late model white Volkswagen Jetta that struck a pedestrian Wednesday morning

According to Harrisville PD, the hit-and-run incident occurred shortly after 8:30 at the intersection of Washington Blvd. and Larsen Ln. The pedestrian, who was properly using a crosswalk, suffered severe injuries in the crash.

Police said the Jetta was making a right turn from Larsen Ln. onto Washington Blvd. at the time of the crash.

Witnesses told police that the Jetta's driver was a female with long brown hair.
