SPANISH FORK, Utah — Valentine's Day is tough for everyone during the pandemic, but it's doubly brutal for those who've recently been dumped.
But have no fear, a Utah animal shelter is giving the latter category a chance to get some stinky revenge on their exes.
The South Utah Valley Animal Shelter in Spanish Fork is holding a fundraiser that allows the lonely-hearted to donate money in exchange for putting the name of their ex on a piece of paper that will end up in a cat's litter box.
"You can literally say POO POO to you and get a huge smile on your face all while helping an animal in need! What better way to make your valentines day absolutely PURRFECT" the shelter posted to Facebook.
For a minimum donation of $5, the shelter will do all the work. Those lonely-in-love just need to CLICK HERE and hit the donation tab. Once it's marked as a donation, put the name of your ex in the "donation memo box" and the rest, they say, is history.
