SALT LAKE CITY — A local organization will hold an event this weekend where pet owners can vaccinate their dogs or cats for free.
Ruff Haven Crisis Sheltering will offer free vaccinations Sunday from 11 a.m. through 2 p.m. at the Dogs All Day Care Center at 1370 South 400 West in Salt Lake City.
The first 125 dogs and 125 cats will receive the free vaccinations, along with free food and litter.
“We invite everyone including people experiencing homelessness or those impacted by the pandemic” says Ruff Haven President Kristina Pulsipher. “Anyone who has a furry friend that hasn’t had its shots."
Vaccines will be provided by The Humane Society of Utah.
All dogs must be leashed, cats must be in carriers and humans must be masked.
