SALT LAKE CITY — Thursday night's episode of "Injustice with Nancy Grace" featured an in-depth interview with FOX 13 investigative reporter Adam Herbets, and showcased the work being done by the FOX 13 News team to a national audience.
FOX 13 was the first television station to cover the search for JJ Vallow (7) and Tylee Ryan (16), who went missing September 2019. The story has since captivated the nation.
The episode was entitled "Lori Vallow: A Mother's Madness."
Episode synopsis from the Oxygen website: "After devout, LDS mother Lori Vallow encounters a doomsday author, she descends down a path of darkness into a dangerous cult. The result is a trail of broken lives and dead bodies… including two of Vallow’s own children."
Widower Chad Daybell and widow Lori Vallow married in November 2019, approximately two months after the children were last seen.
Police continue to investigate the deaths of their former spouses.
Investigators found the remains of JJ and Tylee buried in Chad Daybell's backyard in June.
The FOX 13 News team produced its own half-hour special on the case in February, prior to the arrest of Chad Daybell or Lori Vallow, which you can watch HERE.
Although Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow face felony charges related to concealing the remains of JJ and Tylee, neither suspect has been charged with murder.
